1. Controller
The controller of personal data is 4INTERNET, s.r.o., KVP 1, 040 23 Košice, Slovakia (Company ID 50842099). Send questions and requests through the Contact page.
2. What we process
- Account: name, company, e-mail, password (only as a secure hash), language, time zone, plan, when the risk statement was confirmed.
- Connections: API keys of exchanges and brokers (encrypted, we show only the last 4 characters), the OANDA account ID, the latest balances.
- Trading: settings of agents, their orders, positions, results, decision log and backtests.
- Operation: sign-in and last activity times, technical records about errors and security.
We process data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), accounting and tax records to meet a legal obligation (c), and security, abuse prevention and error diagnostics on the basis of legitimate interest (f). We keep data while the account exists, accounting records as long as the law requires. Deleting a connection erases its keys at once.
3. Recipients
Only authorised staff of the controller and the processors we need to run the service have access: the hosting provider, the e-mail delivery provider and the LiveAgent helpdesk. We send your orders and keys to exchanges and brokers (Binance, OANDA) only as far as needed to carry them out; they process them under their own terms. We download market data from public sources without your personal data.

On tradios.eu and app.tradios.eu we use only necessary cookies:

5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
