1. Who we are and what we provide
Tradios is operated by 4INTERNET, s.r.o., KVP 1, 040 23 Košice, Slovakia (Company ID 50842099). Tradios is software in which a user builds trading agents from rules they choose and set themselves (strategy, symbol, risk rules), tests them on historical data and lets them place orders on paper, on a demo account or on their own account at an exchange or broker. Tradios does not give investment advice, does not recommend particular trades, does not manage a portfolio for the user and does not hold their money or assets.
2. Account
Provide truthful details and an e-mail address you control. You are responsible for activity in your account; report any suspected misuse to us straight away. We may block an account that breaks these terms or the law; its agents stop.
3. Connections to exchanges and brokers
You may connect only your own account. The API key must be able to trade and must not be able to withdraw funds; we refuse a key that can. We store keys encrypted and use them only for the orders of your agents and to check the balance. Your relationship with the exchange or broker (fees, terms, availability) is between you and them; Tradios is not responsible for their services.
4. Risk
Trading cryptocurrencies and currencies carries a high risk of loss, with margin even beyond the capital. Backtests and paper trading are simulations and do not guarantee future results. An agent can fail (outage of data, network, exchange or our server, delayed fills, slippage); we check stop losses at intervals and they may not fill at the set price. Trading real money is available only after you confirm the risk statement in your account.
5. Plans and payments
Plans and their limits are listed in the pricing. A paid plan is paid monthly in advance; we tell you about a price change by e-mail in advance.
6. Liability
We provide the service as it is, with reasonable care. We are not liable for losses from the trades of your agents, for decisions you make based on results in Tradios, or for outages of exchanges and brokers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the last three months, as far as the law allows.

8. Changes and final provisions
We may change these terms; we tell you about a material change by e-mail in advance. The law of the Slovak Republic applies. Send questions and complaints through the Contact page.
